• While making a transaction, certain transactional details like credit/debit card details etc., which may be used with third-party payment gateways
• The third-party payment gateways are responsible for any financial information being collected of the user and not the event, in any case, is a part of this.
• We do not store any payment related, financial or transactional details of any user.

While using our website to contact us, certain particulars like name, company name, address, city, contact number, email address etc. may be sought for further communication with the user. By using this, the user offers consent to receive communication from us. All collected information of the user will be used for promotional purposes of our event, response to, “Contact Us” only.

The organizer holds the sole right to own the data till such time that changes are made via a signed contract. The liability for the data is limited to the owner of the data. Our privacy policy will be updated as and when we adopt new regulations and new changes in the Event and its Services.
